These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LionTV (the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
LionTV provides access to live TV channels, live sports and on-demand movies and series through a streaming app on supported devices, including Android TV boxes, Amazon Fire TV Stick and Android phones and tablets.
Memberships and billing
- Memberships are offered on a monthly or yearly basis at the prices shown on our Plans page.
- Access begins once your payment is confirmed and your login details are delivered.
- To keep watching without interruption, renew before your current membership expires.
Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, memberships are non-refundable once your login details have been issued, except where a refund is required by law.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your server address, username and password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Your subscription is for personal use. Do not share, resell or redistribute your login details or the content provided through the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Channels, events and titles may change, be added or be removed over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
